5-Day Replacement Or Return Guarantee

  1. Customers can return their order within 5 days of the order delivery.
  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. The product amount will be issued back as discount coupons, once we have received the product and quality check is done.
  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges are NOT applicable.
  5. In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact our Customer Service department via email  at info@neoniqindia.com within 5 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be picked up by our delivery partner within 3-5 business days and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

Note : In case, if the pick-up service for return or exchange of your product/s is not available in your area, you have to self-ship your product. To self-ship your returns, raise a return request to us by sending an email at  info@neoniqindia.com, and once approved you can ship them to us, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.   1. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the coupon code issued to place the order for the New product. Items once replaced or exchanged are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.
